The Office for Contemporary Art, a platorm presented by Studio IN, is a place for immediate contact between viewer and artist. For two days, nine artists will periodically hold office and remain in constant dialogue with great questions of contemporary visual art, all this through conversation, works of art and performances. (“What should contemporary art look like and what does contemporary actually mean?” “Should art be beautiful or critical?” “What is the role of the artist today?” among others). The Office will be also presenting through the night a seletion of video art works by students of the department. The Office is realized according to the proposal of András Cséfalvay (dept. KIM).
